Ichiban-an Terms of Use
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These terms and conditions stipulate the rights and obligations between the facility operator (hereinafter referred to as “we”) and users (hereinafter referred to as “customers”) regarding the use of this facility (hereinafter referred to as “this facility”).

Parking: Free for one standard-sized vehicle
Article 3 (Reservation and Contract Formation)
- Reservations can be made through the reservation site designated by us or by contacting us directly.
- When you make a reservation, please fill in all the necessary information and the contract will be concluded when we contact you to confirm your reservation.
- The person making the reservation is obligated to provide the names, ages and contact details of all guests in advance.
Article 4 (Fees and Payment)
- The accommodation fee will be the amount quoted at the time of booking.
- Payment can be made in advance or on site, and details will be specified at the time of booking.
- Additional charges will apply if:
- Over capacity: 7,500 yen per person per night
- Cleaning costs (in the case of violation of the cleaning rules described below): Actual costs
Article 5 (Cancellation/Changes)
Cancellation fee:
- Up to 14 days in advance: Free
- 7-13 days before: 30% of the accommodation fee
- 3-6 days before: 50% of the accommodation fee
- The day before/on the day: 100% of the accommodation fee
The above cancellation fees may also apply to any changes.
Article 6 (Check-in/Check-out)
- Check-in: 15:00-21:00
- Check-out: until 10:00
- Out-of-hours service may be available with prior consultation (additional charges may apply).
Article 7 (Usage Rules)
Prohibitions
- Use exceeding capacity
- Smoking (No smoking inside the building or on the premises)
- Pets allowed (unless prior permission is obtained)
- Improper use of open flames
- Playing loud music or talking loudly (nuisance to neighbors)
- Damage to buildings and unauthorized removal of equipment
- Commercial use (including photography, etc.)
- Any act that violates laws and regulations
- Other acts that cause inconvenience to neighboring residents
Important points to note about old houses
- The building is an old Japanese house, so its structure is different from modern architecture.
- Please be aware of steps and low beams, so please be careful of your head and your feet.
- Due to the characteristics of the building, noise easily echoes, so please try to keep quiet especially at night (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
- Please treat the tatami mats, shoji screens, and sliding doors in the Japanese-style rooms with care.
Article 8 (Parking Lot Usage)
- Only designated parking spaces are available
- Parking in other areas is strictly prohibited
- We are not responsible for theft or damage to the vehicle.
- Please do not park on the nearby roads.
Article 9 (Equipment and equipment)
Available equipment
- Kitchen (fully equipped with cooking utensils and tableware)
- Bathroom and toilet
- Wi-Fi
- Air conditioning

Usage notes
- Please contact us immediately if there is any equipment malfunction.
- If equipment is damaged or lost, you will be required to pay the actual cost.
- Please replenish consumables (seasonings, detergent, etc.) yourself.
Article 10 (Cleaning and Garbage Disposal)
Cleaning requested by customers
- Washing used dishes
- Sorting garbage and placing it in designated areas
- Simple cleaning (vacuuming, etc.)
- Putting away the futon
Garbage disposal rules
- Burnable garbage: Mondays and Thursdays
- Non-burnable garbage: Tuesday
- Recyclable waste: Wednesdays *For details, please refer to the facility’s waste disposal guide
Article 11 (Emergency and Trouble Response)
- Emergency Contact: 1-808-386-1466 (24 hours)
- In case of fire, emergency or incident, please contact 119 or 110 directly.
- If there is any equipment trouble, please contact us immediately.
- In case of neighbor disputes, we will mediate
Article 12 (Damage Compensation and Insurance)
- Any damage to facilities or equipment caused intentionally or accidentally by the customer will require compensation for the actual cost.
- We are not responsible for your property
- Please keep your valuables in your own care.
- We are covered by facility liability insurance
Article 13 (Personal information protection)
We will properly manage your personal information and will not use it for purposes other than those related to your stay. However, this does not apply if there is a legal disclosure request.
Article 14 (Disclaimer)
We are not responsible if:
- Facility unavailability due to natural disasters
- Troubles between customers
- Customer’s ill health or injury
- Impact of surrounding facilities and transportation conditions
Article 15 (Measures in the event of violation of the terms and conditions)
- If you violate these terms, you may be asked to leave immediately.
- In this case, no refund will be given for the accommodation fee.
- If damage occurs, compensation will be claimed separately.
Article 16 (Other)
- Any matters not specified in these terms and conditions will be decided through mutual consultation.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan, and the jurisdiction is [Jurisdiction].
- If any part of these terms and conditions is invalid, it will not affect the validity of the other provisions.
