How to use the kitchen
The stove is IH x 2 + radiant (electric heating) + grill
Precautions
- When cooking, please use the exhaust fan built into the range hood.
- The baking sheet will remain solid even after cooking, so please do not touch it.
- Do not leave the pot on the heat unattended.
- Electromagnetic waves are emitted when heating with an induction heater. Keep pacemakers and credit cards away from the heater.
- Do not cook directly on the stove top.
How to use the toilet
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
How to use the bath
There are two control panels, one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen.

How to add hot water
- Plug the bathtub
- Press the ON/OFF button
- Press the Auto Fill button.
Reheating
- Press the reheat button
- It will automatically stop when the set temperature is reached.

- Please be sure to drain the water after using the bath.
About waste
Sorting waste
The following separation is required:
Burnable waste
- Food waste, etc.
Non-burnable waste
- Plastic products, ceramics, glass, batteries, etc.
Recycled waste
- Plastic wrap, food trays, etc.

- bottles
- Paper: newspapers, magazines, cardboard boxes, etc.
How to dispose of waste
- Please put burnable waste and food waste in the trash can located outside the kitchen door.
- Please place non-burnable waste, bottles, and paper together outside the kitchen door.
- Please dispose of plastics (wrap, food trays), cans, and PET bottles in the provided trash receptacles.
If you are staying for more than a week, please dispose of your garbage according to Uji City’s garbage collection calendar.
- Monday: Burnable waste, food waste
- Tuesday: Non-burnable waste
- Wednesday: Plastic (wrap, food trays, etc.) & bottles, cans, and PET bottles (every other week)
- Thursday: Burnable waste, food waste
- Friday: No waste will be collected
- Saturday: No waste will be collected
- Sunday: No waste will be collected
How to use the parking lot
Please let us know if you would like to use the parking lot.
- The facility is not responsible for theft or damage to the interior or exterior of parked vehicles.
- If a parked vehicle causes damage to the facility or other parked vehicles, we will be required to charge an additional fee for the damages.
Prohibitions/precautions
- This guesthouse is entirely non-smoking. Please smoke outside.
- Please do not take any items out of the room. If any items are missing after check-out, we may charge you an additional fee for the replacement item.
- If the building, room, or equipment is damaged or soiled after check-out, we may charge you additional repair and cleaning fees.
- We are not responsible for any valuables stolen while you are staying in your room.
- Regarding noise:
Please be considerate to neighboring residents and keep the volume of conversations, televisions, and music down after 9pm. - Take off shoes:
For hygiene reasons, please remove your shoes at the entrance and use the provided slippers inside the building. - No entry for unregistered guests.
We strictly prohibit entry or overnight stays by anyone who has not registered at the time of booking. - Use of firearms and fire alarms:
The use of firearms such as portable stoves and candles is prohibited indoors. Also, please never touch the fire alarm. - Saving energy when going out
Please help us conserve energy by turning off the air conditioner and lights in your room when you go out or check out.
