Questions about reservations and fees
Q: When should I make a reservation?
A: Please make your reservation at least three days in advance. Please make your reservation well in advance.
Q: Are there any cancellation fees?
A: It is free up to 5 days before your stay, after which it will cost 50-100% of the accommodation fee.
Q: What is included in the fees
A: The basic accommodation fee includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and basic amenities.
Q: Are there any additional charges?
A: If there are three or more guests staying, an additional 3,000 yen will be charged for each additional person.
Check-in and check-out
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Generally, check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00, and check-out is until 10:00. It depends on the facility.
Q: Is it possible to check in early in the morning or late at night?
A: It may be possible depending on the time. Please contact us.
Q: How do I check in?
A: The host will be present at check-in and will hand over the key.
Facilities and amenities
Q: Is Wi-Fi available?
A: Free Wi-Fi is available. The password will be posted in the facility or will be announced in advance.
Q: Are towels and amenities provided?
A: Basic things like towels, shampoo, and soap are provided. Please bring your own personal items such as toothbrushes.
Q: Can I use a washing machine?
A: Washing machines will be available soon.
Q: Is there parking available?
A: Free parking is available for one passenger car.
Rules during your stay
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: Smoking is prohibited inside the building. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Currently, we do not allow pets.
Q: Can I have parties or talk loudly?
A: Out of consideration for our neighbors, please refrain from loud conversations or parties after 10:00 p.m.
Q: How do I dispose of the trash?
A: Please separate your trash according to the rules of your local government. Please check the information provided in the facility for the time and method of trash collection.
Other services
Q: Are meals provided?
A: Generally, meals are not provided. However, you can cook your own meals in the kitchen. We will provide information on nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants.
Q: Can you provide tourist information and recommendations for places to visit?
A: I’d be happy to show you around! I can tell you about hidden local gourmet spots and tourist attractions.
Q: Can I temporarily store my luggage?
A: If you would like to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, please contact the host in advance. This may be possible.
Troubleshooting
Q: What if there is a breakdown or problem with the equipment?
A: Please contact our emergency contact immediately. We will provide you with a 24-hour contact number.
Q: What should I do if I leave something behind?
A: If you notice any issues after checking out, please contact your host immediately. You can also return the item by mail (shipping costs are at your expense).
